MVG Advisory LLP ("Multiply Ventures") is the Investment Manager of India Foundation Fund Series I, registered with SEBI as a Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Registration No. IN/AIF1/19-20/0778). We are committed to addressing investor grievances promptly, fairly, and efficiently in accordance with SEBI guidelines.
How to Raise a Grievance
You may submit a grievance through any of the following channels:

Response time: We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 3 business days and resolve them within 30 calendar days.
Step 2 — SEBI Scores Portal (Escalation)
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction by the Investment Manager, you may escalate it to SEBI through the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES):

Grievance Redressal Process
- Submission — Submit your grievance in writing via email or post to the address above. Include your name, contact details, investor/folio number (if applicable), and a clear description of your concern.
- Acknowledgement — We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days with a unique reference number.
- Investigation — Our team will investigate and may contact you for additional information during this period.
- Resolution — We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 calendar days. Complex matters may take longer; you will be kept informed.
- Escalation — If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to SEBI SCORES as described above.
