The registered office of the Fund is 568, 6th Cross, HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore – 560038. MVG Advisory LLP is the Investment Manager, Vistra ITCL (India) Limited is the Trustee and MVG Advisory LLP is the Sponsor to the Fund.
Multiply Ventures F2 Series – 1 ("Fund"), (a scheme of Multiply Ventures Trust) ("Trust") is registered with SEBI as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund with effect from 10 November 2025 with the Registration Number IN/AIF2/25-26/1954. The registered office of the Fund is 568, 6th Cross, HAL 2nd Stage, Near Indiranagar Club, Bangalore – 560038. MVG Advisory LLP is the Investment Manager, Orbis Trusteeship Services Private Limited is the Trustee, and MVG Capital Advisors LLP is the Sponsor to the Fund.
